Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing One Poppy Virtual Services for your Virtual Assistant needs. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel your contract. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
We request a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice in writing for any cancellation of contract.
Refund of deposit:
If you wish to cancel your contract after the 50% deposit has been paid but before service has commenced, we will fully refund your deposit. If you wish to cancel your contract after services have commenced, your deposit will be partially refunded minus the cost of services provided.
Other Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives.
Communication:
We recommend that you retain a confirmation of your engagement or cancellation from our team to ensure proper record-keeping. Please note that this policy is in place to ensure fairness to both our valued clients and our business. By engaging in a contract for service with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
